Question:
My 23-month-old daughter's new nickname is Miss Nudie Patootie. She loves to take off her clothes and nappy and run around the house naked. Unfortunately, she will also remove her pajamas and nappy during the night and then wake up wet and cold. She removes all types of nappies and pull-up pants.

Answer:
Put her in pajamas that button or zip up the back, so it's difficult for her to remove them. If you have already introduced the steps to toilet learning, don't try the potty until she is ready. Let her deal with it on her own. But insist that she wear nappies if she can't get to the toilet. Again, find clothes that can be pinned and closed at the back so she knows you mean business. Then try not to make an issue of it otherwise.
